I have made many of the recipes from this book now. And I've loved every single one. There are a lot of basic how to dehydrate books on the market. This is not one of those. This a book about how to have fun and make yummy goodies with your dehydrator. I have recommended this book in my various dehydrating groups and friends have now also purchased it and loved it. Any book can tell you how to dehydrate a fruit or vegetable. This book has Innovative recipes such as spicy coconut maple pumpkin chips. Normally you don't know what to do with your Halloween pumpkins. I was looking for extras from friends because I wanted to make more of those awesome chips. This book contains recipes for how to make your own healthy corn chips, garlic zucchini chips, delicious double dehydrated coconut vanilla banana chips and so much more. The double dehydrated balsamic strawberries were like eating strawberry wine candies. This book also does have the basic information about dehydrating but it lets you go beyond that to make healthy and delicious snacks and treats. It has recipes for main dishes, desserts, and even treats for your pets. It has recipes for herbs and seasonings, crackers and flatbreads, beef jerky and fruit roll-ups, just all kinds of things. It even has a recipe for how to make your own dehydrated mirepoix so that you have the ingredients to make soup whenever you need it. You don't have to rush out to the store or have fresh carrots onions and celery in the house.

Nice cookbook but not what I had imagined. There are nice recipes but not the total instruction I was hoping for as a beginner in dehydration. If you are a seasoned dehydrator I feel this would be good but not for just beginning.

Great book for all things that involve dehydrating. Tips and tricks across the board for meats, fruits, etc. The book makes things easy and you feel like a pro. I highly recommend for people new to the hobby or experienced alike. A must have for any fan of dehydrating foods.

this book has some interesting recipes. Blueberries with lemon curd. haven't tried it yet but I'm going to.

Have used it an the results are great. Dried enough meat for jerky to last us the whole of a three week trip.

After reading the positive reviews I decided this was the Dehydrating book for me. The book is well written, the pictures are nice and there are a ton of recipes, but I gave it a 4 star because I didn't learn anything about the basics for preparing Blue, Black, Cran and Raspberries for Dehydrating. A quick guide on bananas, grapes, plums, kiwi, mango, cherries and strawberries, but no other berries are mentioned. I make my own protein bars and add Dehydrated blueberries, cherries, cranberries and blackberries I purchase from our local Health food store, so felt it would be less costly to do this myself. I use my Dehydrator most often for my home grown Herbs and learned how to prepare them and Dehydrate from the book Rosemary Gladstar's" Medicinal Herbs" for beginners.

Wonderful detailed instructions with photos. Can’t wait to be able to use a lot of these recipes.

My five year old niece loves doing crafts she learned it from school and so I gave her a set of paint as a gift and she loved it! This coming Christmas I am thinking of giving her something fun that I can do with her and so that is why I purchased this book as it has a lot of crafts that we both can do in every occasion! This book contains more than fifty wonderful and artsy crafts that my niece and I will surely have fun doing! Also, this book is perfect for this coming Christmas and we actually started doing the “Father Chair Christmas Décor” and “Cheery Christmas Window” to add in our decorations. I just wish the author added pictures on each craft so readers can have a vision on what the art is. Nonetheless, this book is perfect for everyone who loves art and crafts!

Truly a gem! This Holiday Crafts book is a complete guide to making beautiful crafts for every occasion all throughout the year. Even for those of us who are not very good at homemaking , this book will make things so simple, one will be as tempted as i was to try all of the ideas in it. I especially liked the Thanksgiving wreath that I accomplished easily! Well written and easy to understand instructions, too!

My family is big on DIY activities. We started a tradition long before when my kids were still young and could start making their own "works of art" that for special occasions we do things on our own. It's made for a lot of family moments and cherished memories. Kitty's book has definitely posed a challenge for me and my family. When we saw this book online we knew that we had to complete each and every one of the holiday crafts in her book. Starting with the Christmas crafts she has "challenged" us to do. I know this book will add to the many projects we have completed as a family!

There are so many crafts compiled in this book. It will be impossible not to find one I can do for the this coming holiday. Many of the crafts use materials that are readily available either at home or from the local craft store. I just found it hard to locate the images since only links were provided which take the reader to a web page which does not really show the actual photo of the project, I still had to browse and download required stuff before I got to the image. It would have been nice if there was a thumbnail of the image which can lead to the website. At least it saves the reader some time searching. Generally, the crafts here are excellent. I give this huge compilation of crafts 4 stars.

I bought this book for my mother and she fell in love! She has always been a crafty person but also likes to see others ideas. They inspire her. She has already been through many of these crafts, some following to a tee while others she adds her own flare. I highly recommend this book to any craft lover.

I learned a lot of techniques from this book on how to do crafts by my own with a little cost. I will always here waiting for the new book of her.

The ideas in here are pretty inexpensive and you do not need to be a professional craft man to do it. If you're not usually do craft, I think you'll find several projects here that are easy to make and the materials are not difficult to find. Some of the materials are just found at home. the whole book is beautiful. the quality of the printing, the layout. the lighting of the subjects. enjoying it a lot!

Looking forward to the other "parts" of the male figure he puts out in future books. His photographs are thought through and appreciate his usage of some of the entire body, not just from the ankles up.

It is a high quality photography works. Exposure And color management are very good. I like Dylan Rosser's work very much.

I had hoped to find frontal standing poses of men. Instead there were just too many cropped cut up photographs. I didn't really care for this.

Have followed his work for some time. Each book has developed as a challenge for his future endeavors. Worth the wait.

I'm very happy Chevy and Violet finally got their own story! And it's a good one. Violet was so angry and hurt in Oz/Emily and Razor/Breanna's books that I wasn't sure how I'd feel about her narrative. But I ended up connecting to her right away. Possibly even the most of these three heroines. Even though I'm probably the least like Violet, I appreciate that she echoed a lot of the concerns and questions I had about how women are treated in this Terror Motorcycle Club. Ever since Violet's dad died while working for the Terror MC, she's done everything she could to separate herself from the club, and that's meant breaking up with her first love and ex-boyfriend Chevy. Despite how harsh Violet could come across, I love that she always knows who she is and what she wants, and demands respect and to be treated equally.Chevy is still in love with Violet, but as he's still connected to the Terror - his grandfather is the president and he's has always planned to join when he turns 18 - while Violet is determined to get out of their small town as soon as she finishes high school. There doesn't seem to be a way forward for them that doesn't lead to heartbreak. But then Violet and Chevy are thrown together again in a frightening event, involving the rival motorcycle club the Riot, and their feelings are brought to the surface once again.This book is all about whether these two can find common ground and a way forward together, despite what looks like completely different paths. It's also about taking down the Riot club once and for all, and I love the strong role Violet takes in working to make that happen. This is a girl who gets things done. Although we don't get to see Emily or Breanna in this book, I loved seeing the bond between Violet, Chevy, Oz and Razor that they've had from childhood. Long Way Home also connects to McGarry's Pushing the Limits series, and one of my favorite moments was when Chevy meets Isaiah for the first time, and both boys realize their connection to each other. I love Isaiah, and I wanted that part to go on forever!This story also seems to tease some potential future stories in this world. I don't think McGarry is finished with it yet. Or at least I hope not. Breanna's friend Addison makes another appearance in this book, and she definitely needs an HEA. Some other plot elements are left unresolved as well (the names of the traitor(s) in the Terror MC). And though I loved watching Violet demand respect and forge her own path, I wished that there would have been more of a change within the entire Terror MC, namely in including women in their ranks.I love Katie McGarry's books. After reading so many, I feel like I'm coming home to old friends in a world that I've gotten to know well. She writes characters and relationships so well, and I'm excited to see what she does next!

My heart is happy.Full review:I will do my best to review this amazing story without giving anything away.I was hesitant to start this series last year because books about boys on motorcycles did not really appeal to me. Then I gave the first book a chance and I was absolutely blown away. Not only does Katie McGarry know how to write a contemp story, she knows how to pull the reader in and never let them go. In the first book, nearly all of the characters are introduced - but the story focuses on Oz and Emily. Oh Oz. Mercy he was a steamy character. The second book centered around Razor and Brianna. Have mercy on my soul, Razor. Talk about the bad boy of every girl's dreams. Yowza. And the newest book focuses on Chevy and Violet. What girl hasn't wanted to take Chevy into her arms and try to take away his pain? I know I have. It is no secret that Chevy and Violet have know each other since birth. They grew up together and fit together like peanut butter and jelly. These two are simply made for each other but things in Violet's past make her want to leave the only life she has ever know. Not only does she want to flee to find a better life for herself, she wants to protect her brother, Stone. No matter how hard Violet tries, she is always pulled back to Chevy. Chevy has never stop caring about Violet and he never will. He will protect her and her brother until his very last breath.In this story, Chevy and Violet find themselves being kidnapped by The Riot, the rival motorcycle club, and things do not go well. Both Chevy and Violet are injured pretty badly. Only, it seems Violet was the one they were after. The leader of The Riot talks to Violet and tells her of their plan that only she can help them with. If she follows through, it means she and her brother will be able to leave Snowflake and never look back. But can she do it? Can she give The Riot what they want to bring down The Reign of Terror? She finds herself running to Chevy for safety and comfort. Can she make the right decision? Can she let Chevy back into her life? Can she finally accept that the life she has now really isn't terrible?I loved these characters. Everyone makes an appearance in this story and that made my heart happy. McGarry does a fantastic job of keeping all characters involved and even introducing new ones. The tension between Chevy and Violet is just as delicious as you would think it would be given the previous two stories in this series. Both characters are wonderfully complex yet intoxicating. I found I could not stop reading because I had to know what would happen to the both of them. This book ended much sooner than I wanted it to. It made me even more curious to know what happens next, if there even is a next book. I sure hope so!I promised I would not give anything away and I'm sticking to that. Bottom line - AMAZING. BEAUTIFUL. HEARTWARMING. SIZZLING. So many wonderful things happened in this book. Characters developed, bonds deepened, truths came out, hearts were healed. But please, pick up this book today so you can read Chevy & Violet's story for yourself. Then come back and talk to me so we can fangirl together.

The message is still the same, but I was distracted by how many male pronouns he missed and one male pronoun that should have remained male, but was changed to female. If you're going to make it gender specific, at least have a good proof-reader to catch your mistakes!

This book goes with me nearly everywhere. I'd read it several years ago and it was helpful in getting me to get outside myself, and change my attitude a bit (oh, what a helpless victim of circumstance and other people's actions I'd been!)Later, I ordered up several copies to hand out. When I was an executive, other women would sometimes come to me with complaints about who did this to them, and why they were helpless to change. Everything I suggested had a 'Yeah, but...' attached to it. Before I hit my mid-40's, I was caught in the drama, feeling responsible and depressed by their circumstnaces.Then I started handing out copies of the book. I'm sure many thought I was nuts, but a couple have actually gotten the message.I'm not a tough-minded broad, but a bleeding heart liberal who finally realized you can help a fellow working-woman to grow not by solving her problems, but by supporting her as she learns she can do it herself.The language in the book (really a booklet) is based on "As A Man Thinketh", but altered just slightly for women. It is invigorating to realize that what is true for the gander is true for the goose.Don't be put off by the style - "Woman is buffetted by circumstances so long as she believes herself to be the creature of outside conditions, but when she realizes that she is a creative power, and that she may command the hidden soil and sees of her being out of which circumstances grow, she then becomes the rightful master of herself."Oh yes! So, here's the message - what you think and do greatly affects what happens to you. You aren't the victim you think you are, so move on!"As A Man Thinketh" and "As I Think" are also available.

I liked the fact that they literally took a classic and made it more relatable for women by replacing "he" for "she". I truly enjoyed it!

This small but powerful books goes to the depth of you. You can put on a happy face to the world, but if the thoughts that run through your mind aren't lined up right and monitored carefully, it doesn't change your circumstances. It's written a bit 'high brow', but inspite of the old English wording, you definitely get the message. A basic for anyone seeking to better themselves inside and out. It's nice that they changed the gender wording so it is more personal for women, although you can get the same jist from the original.

This is my second copy of this book. I highly recommend it. This is the book As a Man Thinketh, rewritten so that the he's=she's etc. I feel that in reading As a Man Thinketh, I could think, "that's right men are like that." While, in reading As a Woman Thinketh, I internalize the information more and realize, "that's right, I have been like that." I am aware that recently another version of this book has been made by another author. I have not read it. My preference of reading this book by Dorothy Hulst is in the basics, she's a woman, rewriting this book for women.I find that this book can be a short read, and makes for a better reread. I write in mine and find that adding to the text has been invaluable. I keep it with me and read it at times from the beginning and at times from wherever the book opens for me. The book selectively goes about explaining the quote, "they themselves are the creators of themselves" and the role we as play, in the creation of who we are.

I took this book and broke down into sections via highlighting. Some information is to be used daily, as guide for the morning and in the day. Other information was to sit with and look inside myself to see or dis-cover and pray for it to be either removed or dealt with more deeply. Lastly, other information was given as a means of visualizing on, which I liked. Do not think I planned this at all, it was shown to me to do this and I simply followed.I would like to share the visualization;My garden is the representation of my heart as the book states. I look in my garden and I see that it is dark, filled with lifeless leaves, weeds, and the tree roots seem to still have life. There is no sunshine at the back of my house, windows are dark and haunting. This is what I first see and it saddens me. I pray asking for the removal of whatever it is blocking me from my true inner self. A few days later, I see a bit of sunshine peering through the clouds, I've cleared much of the leaves away, I see a sense of life returning to the back side of the house, the curtains are different; lighter, and where my resentments lay, I've asked for the anger to be removed thus seeing my part in the situation and that spot where weeds were growing is a flower budding as well as buds on the tree.This pamphlet is powerful in that it re-directs a woman to seek herself in her heart and bring what she finds to the surface....my life is truly of my own making.....Look to see what is there, ask for it to be removed, look at your part, and then ask for the change necessary praying all the while...."Change your thoughts and you change your world" Dr. NVPeale

If you're pretty good at JavaScript, but maybe not quite as good at full stack development, this is your book. Seriously, stop looking, this is the one you want.The best thing about "Express in Action" is that it takes a very step-by-step approach to a Node stack, starting with Node itself. It shows how to make a small, simple web app using just Node, then brings in Express with a minimum of modules, along with more excellent explanations.This is important, because although the modular nature of Node and Express is a strength, it can also make things very confusing. A lot of online tutorials and even books throw a bunch of third-party modules into their code without really explaining how or why they work. Express in Action does not make that mistake. It goes into detail about how modules are incorporated, how Express's middleware stack works, etc.Obviously, this isn't a book for those completely new to programming or web development. In order to get the value of it, you'll want to have at least an intermediate knowledge of JavaScript. Ideas like callbacks, JSON, APIs and closures should not be new to you, and it would help if you've worked with a library or two, such as jQuery. It might also help to have a little exposure to the back end, either through writing some basic apps with Node and Express or even through something like Ruby on Rails or .Net MVC. You don't have to be an expert, but if you have even a little bit of experience with how web apps work on the server side you'll find that this book makes a lot more sense.This is the best introduction to Node and Express that I've seen, and I've been looking for some time. I 100% recommend this book.

I'm fairly new to web development and only recently started writing server side javascript. I'm a student and purchased this book out of curiosity and to improve my overall web development knowledge.This book was an excellent read, provided me with knowledge on topics outside express directly, and was enjoyable to read. I don't view this as a reference book and I suspect that professional web developers, who use express daily, may find this book to be a bit too inclusive of additional information beyond strict express examples. I feel this additional information and context makes the book appealing and accessible and don't think the express professional was the target audience anyway.The greatest strength in this book, for me, was the breadth of the information provided -- I recommend viewing the "look inside" available on this amazon page to view the "brief contents" to see for yourself. At ~230 pages the book reads quickly (I easily finished and, more importantly, felt I understood the bulk of the information in only a couple days) and does not extensively cover every detail of the included topics. It does however provide a general overview, some relevant examples, and then information on where to find additional resources on the topics. I really appreciate this format.The section on testing, when compared to the other sections, felt a bit weak to me. I don't view this as a negative as I felt it did a nice job of covering why this is important topic, but I can't say I fully grasped the examples as well as I did in the other sections.

I am a newbie to nodejs and express and mongoDB. The author took me from nothing to a working application in only six weeks. The style of writing is to lay out detailed baby steps and build from there to more difficult and more advanced features. I have now read the book cover to cover at least four or five times, and I am continuing to learn from each re-read. Vocabulary and writing style is comfortable and clear. I love this book.

This book exceeded my expectations. I found it exceptionally clear and easy to read. As a C# web developer of nine years, I found it easy to read this book in three sittings and gain a firm grasp of the fundamentals of building a web application with Express. I think that perhaps the clarity of the book reflects the quality of the design of the Express server it was written to describe.I also recall reading at least one other reviewer claiming that their were code and punctuation errors in this book. I did not notice any such errors.

It's short, it only really spends a few chapters on 'Express' proper...but to be honest that's all you need. Really good book for beginners to orient them to what they are actually doing (instead of just mindlessly following tutorials).

It covers almost everything you can do with express. Great content, great tips, and bit of humor here and there... Five Stars!

Really good, a throughout friendly explanation which flows like a charm! I recommend this one.

This is an excellent finish to one of the best military sci-fi series I've read, especially in recent history. Or at least, it's a good finish to this particular story arc (there's plenty of room for sequels). Almost all the story threads that Anspach and Cole have been weaving get tied up in a pretty nice bow here, even including loose ends from all the way back in the first book.All that said, as an individual book this book flows well by itself too. The pacing is just about perfect as it builds up towards a final confrontation on utopian. There are a number of cool moments with Wraith doing what he does best, and even some scares that come from a skilled use of suspense and setting. We even get a scene of Exo showing off his talents with a missile launcher. And the overall effect is to keep the pages flying. Would highly recommend.

I threatened to write an elaborate thinkpiece on this book, and since no-one talked me off the cliff, here it is. I think I’m going to go full spoiler here, because I doubt I need to talk anyone into reading the 9th book in a series I’ve been recommending for a year. If you haven’t read the book, don’t read on unless you want me to ruin the ending for you.The end has come.In Message for the Dead, I thought the end was upon the galaxy, but Goth Sullus used his connection to the Crux to stem the tide, vanquishing the murderous and hateful Cybar and binding them to his will. Alas, it turns out that his victory was to be short-lived, and he would not succeed at building an Empire to last a thousand years. At the very moment of his triumph, his dreams turned to ashes in his mouth, and his power deserted him.Unfortunately, despite his advanced age, Goth Sullus forgot to heed the advice of the venerable 100 Tips for Evil Overlords #22, “do not consume an energy field bigger than your head, no matter how much power is at stake”. [on a side note, I see that the author of the evil overlord list’s last name is Anspach. Coincidence?]Of course, I am kidding. Goth Sullus pretty clearly knows most of these things. Sullus did not make any cartoonish mistakes. He was just undone by his moral failings, as nemesis follows hubris. It would be easy to condemn Sullus as a monster, which he is, but he is also genuinely a great man. Thus his end, when it comes, is all the more tragic.I wish to focus here on Sullus, in part because I am fascinated by his character, but also because in retrospect, the entirety of the first nine books of the Galaxy’s Edge series turns upon Goth Sullus and his actions. Even the Battle of Kublar was but the preamble [with the collusion of X] to his campaign to bring justice to the galaxy.If we now turn to the events of Retribution, one of the key threads is the final temptation of Goth Sullus. In Message for the Dead, the dread secret of the Cybar was heavily hinted, but here in Retribution, the truth is laid bare: the Cybar are but manifestations of demons and devils seeking to invade and despoil the galaxy.Blinded as he is by pride and ambition, Sullus cannot see this. Even though preventing this was why Sullus went seeking power! As surprising as this may seem, given his history, the temptation of Goth Sullus proceeds in a plausible fashion. Like the target of the apprentice devil Screwtape, the ultimate masters of the Cybar proceed from flattery, to practical advice, to offers of service, to demands of fealty. Reading this, I thought it felt about right. The whisperings of temptation do sound like this. From my own small experience, this felt real.I had hoped for redemption for Sullus. In the end, he had spent far too long indulging his fantasies of power and revenge to act in time. Goth Sullus was vain-glorious and prideful, easy pickings for the masters of deceit. Casper might have resisted, but that persona was long diminished by the time he had completed his transformation into Sullus. Once he [Sullus] realized his danger, he [Casper] was too far gone to resist effectively. Virtue is simply what we habitually do, and for Sullus, his habits betrayed him in the end. When Wraith walked up and put a bullet in his head, it was the best thing that could have happened to him at that point. We can perhaps nonetheless hope that his final resistance will count in his favor at the final judgment.The end of Goth Sullus brings a fitting end to the first season of Galaxy’s Edge. Most everyone who deserved a bullet has gotten one. Order, of a sort, has been restored to the galaxy. Things will never be as they were, but life will go on.There are just enough loose threads left for the authors to spin up another round of books, but I felt satisfied at the end of this. Each book in the series had its own feel, its own good moments, and then in the end it all came together cleanly. This was a hell of a good read, and I hope everyone else enjoyed the ride as much as I did.

The authors told us that Galaxy’s Edge book 8 – Message for the Dead - was the final book in the series. They said that book 9 – Retribution – was the “spiritual successor.” That’s HOGWASH! Saying Book 9 is the spiritual successor is like saying that The Return of the King is the spiritual successor to the Two Towers. Spiritual successor makes it sound optional – it’s not. You need to read it if you want the true end to the story (at least so far as Galaxy’s Edge Season 1 goes).Let me repeat: Retribution is not optional. It is a must read if you want the real end of the story. Spiritual successor makes it sound like it’s going to be some kind of introspective, emotional journey. Well, to the extent that you have time to reflect about life decisions while getting shot at by Sullus loving fanboys and revived Savage techno-monstrosities. Try to be introspective while driving 200 mph into oncoming traffic – it’s like that. It’s full to the brim of KTF.In other words, read it! You won’t be disappointed.

I've read from the beginning to the end. I've been with the series from book one by chance randomly searching for new sci fi to read. I've watched many series attempt to end or make me care about their storylines while failing miserably. That being said, I was wholly happy with the end of the 9 book series. I cared about the characters, I felt loss when they were lost. Honestly, the main antagonist blows Darth Vader's origin story out of the water. Goth Sullus has to be my favorite villain thus far.Anyway, the book flows amazingly, I pounded out 100 pages a day happily. The ending was good and my only issue is there isn't more. That's a greed issue, the content was quality.Overall, if you're frustrated with Star Wars, if you're sick of unrealistic super squads who cannot die while standing in a maelstrom of bullets; or if you just really love sci fi books and are looking for a good read, pick up this series.

KTF all the way. Even some sensitive moments with Prisma that points to season two. Some satisfying vengeance, some painful loss. And all the way the Legion finding a way, against all odds, to KTF. The one thing I thought was off was the occasional use of contemporary slang. At one point a character says some along the lines of "Yo! I'm all up in that" another time someone says "Rock and Roll". Earth has been abandoned for thousands of years and is now barely a memory. Highly doubtful they'd be using such slang. Brought me slightly out of the story a few times. A minor objection in what is a vastly exciting story

The book is great and I love the info. However for the Kindle version, you can not see any of the charts (and there are a lot of charts!) This is a great book, don't get me wrong, and that's why I bought it, but the binding came off just one day after buying it. I took it to the office and didn't even have time to look at it. Then brought it home and when I opened the book this happened. Now I have to repair the book myself, because I rather do it myself than return it and wait for a new one. A little quality is not going to kill you, you know!

Great book for my Linux course but one problem the book came in brand new condition absolutely love it. The binding is glued and the glue is wearing off which kind of disappoints me I’ve only had the book for 3 days overall it’s a good book and i recommend it to anyone who wants to get into Linux programming!

Great book, but looks like pritt-glue was used to bind the cover, because the cover unglued the very fist day.

This is a great book for learning the linux command line interface - it definitely is complete. I found this book very easy to read and understand. The author uses everyday language in his explanations and gently introduces the necessary lingo as needed. You will find yourself pretty familiar and comfortable with the command line in less than half way through the book. However, it would be to your benefit to go through the entire book because at completion, you will find yourself well-versed and no longer fearful of unix-base operating systems. In fact, I would consider this essential knowledge for system administrators and web developers in general, especially if they want to get that "junior" out of their title =)

It took sloppy eating habbits to get most of us where we are now and it will take discipline to get us back to where we should be. Buy the book and learn to cook and eat healthy. You'll be glad you did. And Oh, by the way, add a little exercise to your new regimen - that too will help.

This book did not disappoint. Great for people looking for healthy recipes to make with their kitchen gadgets, especially Food Processors.

I'm giving the Cooking Healthy with a Food Processor by JoAnna Lund and Barbara Alpert a 4 star rating as Healthy Exchanges cookbooks tend to lean towards the healthy side of home-style cooking. This is not a bad thing, but their version of healthy home-style cooking tends to be Midwestern bland. Not bad but not all that gourmet either. Being new to the food processor, I wanted a recipe book to help me get started. This book explains the ins and outs of the processor, lots of little hints and most of all the nutritional values that are incorporated with each recipe. I even purchased one for my sister-in-law to help her get started with her food processor and she immediately sat down, read and was amazed with all the recipes that one can do with this machine. I would definitely recommend this book.

I guess this may have been "healthy" in past years, but not my idea of healthy now, seems dated. I looked through the recipes and a majority just aren't my taste, but might be for others.

Healthy eating requires using great tools and knowledge. This book covers both plus gives you inspiration on recipes that you can make with your food processor. This made a good gift for my daughter.
